2. Rough Quote: Within 24 hours of your inquiry, we’ll send you a rough quote.
3. Design Creation: Next is the design phase of your real gold cross necklace. Our master designers will take your ideas and get to work. You’ll receive a 3D rendering of your design within three days.
4. Design Adjustments: Once you receive the 3D rendering of your custom piece, you’re welcome to make changes as needed until you’re 100% satisfied and ready to move forward.
5. Deposit: Once the design is approved, we require a 50% deposit to begin the manufacturing process.
6. Handcrafting: It usually takes 7-10 days to finish crafting your custom necklace by hand.
7. Final Payment: Once the piece is finished, we’ll require the remaining 50% payment.
8. Acquisition: If you’re in the area, you can pick up your necklace from our office in downtown Los Angeles. Otherwise, we’ll mail it to you.
