2. Get Your Quote: After we review your custom high-end jewelry inquiry, we’ll determine the approximate cost and send you a quote within 24 hours.
3. Receive and Revise the Design: Within 72 hours of your inquiry, we’ll provide you with a 3D rendering of your custom piece. You’re welcome to make as many revisions as it takes until you’re positively thrilled with the design.
4. Approve the Design: Once you’ve approved the design and are ready to move forward, pay a 50% deposit. We’ll get started right away.
5. Pay for the Finished Piece: We should have your bespoke gold jewelry ready within 7-10 days. When it’s finished, you will need to pay the remaining balance.
6. Receive Your Custom Jewelry: If you’re nearby, you can pick up your custom high-end jewelry from our private office in downtown Los Angeles. If you’re not local, we’ll ship your luxury custom jewelry to the address you specify.
