Yes, Navy Sailors are permitted to wear jewelry as long as it's conservative, tasteful, and won’t cause distractions or hazards. While US Navy necklaces and other necklaces are allowed, Sailors may only wear one at a time, and it must not be visible. Similarly, wearing US Navy bracelets or other bracelets is permitted, but only one is allowed, and it can’t be worn on the same wrist as a watch or fitness tracker.
